Provider Enrollment

This page provides information on how to enroll in My Marion Health Portal for services provided at our doctor's office locations.

Step 1

At your next office visit with an Marion Health Provider, let them know you are interested in enrolling in the Patient Portal.

Step 2

They will collect your email address and give you a written guide.

Step 3

An email will be sent to you that contains your initial username and password to access the Provider Services Patient Portal.
