This page provides the steps required to enroll in My Marion Health Portal for services provided at the hospital emergency room, outpatient, and inpatient locations.

IMPORTANT: To Self Enroll, please click here and read the My Marion Health Portal FAQs.

Step 1:

Click on the Enroll Now button above. You will need:

  • Name and Date of Birth
  • Last 4 Digits of SS#
  • Medical Record Number
  • Registered Email Address

Step 2:

Access your email for your one-time username & password.
*Check your SPAM folder

Step 3:

Click on the link to Access to Portal.

Step 4:

Enter your one-time password, medical record number, 2 security questions, and click Log On.

Step 5:

Login with your new username and password.

Step 6:

Explore the Portal!
