Benefits of Nutritional Counseling
Diabetes is a disease that requires daily self-management. While diabetes
can lead to serious health complications, you can prevent such issues
with a healthy lifestyle and diet. Educating yourself on how to care for
your diabetes is one of the first steps in managing the disease.
In addition, our registered dietitians are available to counsel individuals
on a variety of nutritional meal plans aimed at improving cholesterol,
blood pressure, or any other disease that diet impacts. They can assist
people with their weight management goals by providing sound nutritional
counseling along with practical behavioral change recommendations
Nutritional counseling services are available to outpatients by physician
referral. Please contact us at (765) 660-6690 if we can be of any assistance to you.
