MGH Staff Earn Professional Certifications

Kathleen Ann Fillenworth, BSN., R.N., case manager, Care Continuum Department, is now a Certified Case Manager. The Commission for Case Manager Certification recently awarded her with the distinction. Fillenworth has worked at Marion Health for over 38 years. She is a past graduate of Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Fillenworth and her family live in Marion.

The America Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses is proud to announce that Donna Dianne Tucker, BSN, R.N., has earned the designation of Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML). The CNML is a national credential that distinguishes an individual as being among the elite in a critical role of nurse manager. She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University and currently resides in Marion. Tucker has provided excellent leadership for various areas of the hospital including: Maternal Child, Customer Service and Great Beginnings since 2004.

Lisa Guy, MSN, R.N., has earned Clinical Nurse Educator certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center, a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association. The Winchester, Indiana resident is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and has worked at Marion Health for over six years.

Mickie McNamara, RT(R) ARRT, RDMS(ARDMS), a sonographer in the Radiology department, has successfully completed the Breast Sonography registry exam through the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. The 39-year Marion Health veteran’s goal is to “provide my patients with the best possible care.” The addition of this registry exam helps her stay current in the most up-to-date training associated with Breast Imaging as well as increasing customer satisfaction through her advanced skill sets.
