MGH Welcomes David Sedaghat, M.D.

Marion Health is pleased to welcome David Sedaghat, M.D., to its medical staff.

Dr. Sedaghat received his medical education and served his residency at N.Y.U/Mt. Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY.

He has joined the talented physicians and nurse practitioners of the Marion Health Hospitalist Program.

Dr. Sedaghat is familiar with the role a Hospitalist plays in the overall well-being of patients. He most recently served in the same role in Howard County, IN. Previously; he worked as a Hospitalist at St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital and Clarion/IU Medical Center, Indianapolis. His past experience will serve Marion Health patients well.

The purpose of the Marion Health Hospitalist Program is to provide MGH patients with increased access to physician and nurse practitioner care during their hospitalization. Hospitalists only see patients in the hospital, which enables them to be more immediately available to treat patients and begin coordinating their care.

The Marion Health Hospitalist Program operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Hospitalists stay in close contact with your entire team of caregivers, including your pri¬mary care physician, to keep them regularly updated and informed of your overall condition and progress.
