Who is Breathe Easy, Grant County?
Breathe Easy, Grant County is a coalition of volunteers who are passionate
about making a difference in the health of Grant County residents. The
coalition members are dedicated in their efforts in addressing the leading
cause of preventable death, disease, and disability in the United States,
tobacco use.

In Grant County alone, nearly 17,000 adults smoke daily; this is 30.8%
of our adult population. Our county health rankings continue to be affected
by the increase in tobacco and nicotine use amongst our young people and
mothers who smoke while pregnant.
It is Breathe Easy, Grant County’s goal to be a key component in
the education of prevention, intervention, and cessation in our community.
