Stress Management Class
During the stress management class, a pastoral counselor will enlighten
participants about the physical and emotional responses to stress, and
how it can have a negative impact on their health and well-being. Participants
will also learn about multiple strategies to better manage stress, including
evidence-based relaxation techniques and mindfulness practices.
Appeals to: Adults interested in learning about how stress affects them
and how to better manage stress reactivity.
