Eat Well, Feel Well, Be Well Class
Participants in this class will be introduced to maintaining a healthy
weight by instructions on how to build a healthy meal utilizing items
from all food groups. The instructor will assist participants in identifying
unhealthy behaviors associated with food choices and inactivity. Finally,
each participant will be given tips on recognizing the difference between
harmful and helpful thoughts.
Appeals to: Adults interested in behavior modification tips to assist in
weight management through diet and activity; Adults wanting to adopt healthy
weight loss strategies.
